Craspedia globosa QIS Billy Buttons (clean seed)

This gorgeous plant is originally from Australia, with narrow, silvery-grey leaves, and globular drumsticks of bright yellow flowers. They make great dried flowers. They are usually grown as annuals but are in fact perennial, would be worth trying to overwinter!

Germination Instructions : Surface sow indoors onto moist well-drained seed compost. Just cover with soil or vermiculite. Germination can take two weeks. When seedlings are large enough to handle , harden off and plant out once danger of frost has passed. Can be sown directly after danger of frost has passed.

Growing Instructions : Prefers well-drained soil in full sun. Easy to grow

When to sow: March, April

Seed content: approx 50 seeds (note seeds are small!)
