Feverfew - Tanacetum parthenium QIS Tetra White Single

Fabulous plant for cut flowers and dried

How to sow: Can be sown indoors from mid Feb to July. Or sow direct outdoors in April/May if soil has warmed up. Surface sow onto moist well-drained seed compost and do not cover. Temp for germination is 18-21°C. Germination can take 5-21 days. Pot on once they get to a larger size and harden off before planting outside. Recommend a 25cm-30cm (1ft) spacing as they grow quite bushy.

It can be recommended to pinch, I didn’t pinch last year but possibly cutting from the plant encouraged pinching.

It has overwintered here both inside out and outside. Will self seed eagerly so do dehead at the end of the season. If growing as a perennial it can be divided every few years.

Divide every 3-4 years to maintain plant vigour. Divide as soon a growth begins in spring.

Seed count: Approx 100
